This is a modified class. This class will address the same material as in the regular class but spread it out to 1.5 days so that the tech can get a better chance at learning and understanding A/C service. They will have an opportunity to ask more questions and practice what they are learning.
In this course you will be introduced to the theory of the refrigeration cycle, how a split air conditioner works, and the tools you will need to test the system and measure function-ability. You will also be introduced to many tools for testing, installing, and refrigerant recovery.
You will be introduced to the 5 measurements of Air, and the 5 measurements of refrigeration. You will learn how to use analog gauges to measure Superheat and Subcooling.
